Paralichthys olivaceus Transcriptome or Gene expression

This research is aim to analyze the different immune responses of flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) against Hirame novirhabdovirus (HIRRV) infection at different temperature, and further find the molecular mechanism about the seasonal outbreak of the disease caused by this virus.
