Data for the Arcadia Phenotype-o-mat pub

This is the data used in the Arcadia phenotype-o-mat pub which is available here. The repository containing the analysis code for these data is available here. This data repository contains two data sets from two species, Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and Chlamydomonas smithii. The data sets are chlorophyll fluorescence from colonies streaked on petri dishes (chlorophyll_fluorescence_data.tar.gz) and multi-wavelength reflectance data from colonies in 96 well format (reflectance_data.tar.gz).
