Dataset from accelerated carbonation tests on concretes with varying slag content

This dataset contains the results of accelerated carbonation tests conducted on 48 concrete mixes. Four different binder types were used, mainly differing in their blast furnace slag content. Across the mixes, the water‑to‑binder ratio, cement content, and the use of air‑entraining agent were varied.The dataset includes the following Excel files: A – General properties of the concretes and their constituent materials B – Exposure calendar for concrete specimens C – Drying conditions of the carbonation specimens D – Conditions inside the carbonation chamber E – Measured carbonation depths F – Carbonation rates In addition, each concrete mix has an accompanying ZIP archive containing photographs documenting the progression of carbonation at different measurement times, as well as images of fresh concrete slump.
