Dataset from a questionnaire that aims to evaluate pre-service and in-service teachers’ beliefs about teaching and learning is included. The questionnaire has 28 items with a 5-point Likert-type scale. Items were distributed across seven underlying factors: motivation, evaluation, socio-emotional aspects, classroom climate, teacher’s role, student’s role and methodology. 641 responses by pre-service and service teachers from 32 different countries were recorded.<br>
