Mapping Socio-Environmental Impact Initiatives in Brazil: A Dataset of 346 Initiatives and Ecosystem Actors

This dataset (v1.0) provides a structured mapping of 346 socio-environmental impact initiatives in Brazil, along with related documents, identified through a systematic search of grey literature sources conducted in January 2026. It was developed within an exploratory-descriptive research design aimed at examining the evolution and configuration of the socio-environmental impact field in the country. The dataset includes detailed information on initiatives, actors, organizational characteristics, sectors, and temporal dynamics, enabling analyses of ecosystem structure and diversity. As an initial version, it reflects an iterative data collection process, with some variables only partially populated depending on the availability of publicly accessible information, and is intended to support further refinement and reuse in future research.
