The goal of this study was to determine gene expression changes in thymic lymphomas with overexpression of mutant MYC 12 samples were analyzed. Three reps were from control tissue. Three reps each for thymic lymphoma from MYCT58A and MYCS62A, and three reps for thymic mass from MYCS62A splenomegaly.
