These dataset accompany the study titled "Meso- to Neoarchean crustal thickness evolution and changing geodynamic regimes, North China Craton". They provide a deeper understanding of the methods and datasets used in the analysis of paleo-crustal thickness and tectonic evolution. Table S1 provides a global magmatic rock dataset used for training and testing, while Table S2 presents datasets from whole North China Craton for reconstruct the paleo-crustal thickness, along with references. Tables S3-S4 contains detailed information on Hf-O isotopes, along with references.
