资源简介:
The COVID-19, or Corona Virus Disease, 2019 outbreak forces many industries to adjust and adapt as quickly as possible. All industries have both challenges and opportunities in the emerging electric vehicle industry in Thailand as well. It would be interesting to have more newcomers in Thailand as electric vehicle manufacturers, assemblers, and distributors. Electric vehicles could be in every car type, for example, small cars, motorcycles, trucks, vans, etc. This electric vehicle trend and COVID-19 situations in Thailand today raise the question of whether this coming trend will have any impact from the unpredictable pandemic and what the critical resilience management factor for this situation is. We have received the data from the qualitative method through a semi-structured interview with six companies, including manufacturers, assemblers, and distributors. Then we would bring it to be analyzed by cross-case and thematic analysis to find out the impact of COVID-19 on the electric vehicle industry in Thailand and the importance of resilience management in this situation.
