People checking news for correctness in the Netherlands 2019

This statistic shows the outcome of a survey on the people checking news for correctness in the Netherlands in 2019. When the Dutch respondents were asked whether they sometimes check news, for example on social media, for correctness, roughly 55 percent indicated that they sometimes check news for correctness. Roughly 35 percent of the respondents, on the other hand, indicated that they never check news for correctness.
