Sex-linked population structure in Merluccius paradoxus

Investigation of fine-scale population structure of Merluccius paradoxus in the southeastern Atlantic. Medium coverage whole genome sequence data was generated for 39 individuals along the southern African coastline, ranging from northern Namibia to the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
