Semiosi e semioetica¹ Dalla semiotica globale alla semeiotica psichiatrica

This article proposes to semiologists of the Bari-Lecce School a deepening into signs of modern psychiatry, considering the fact that they have affirmed that Semioethics allows and perhaps needs a cohabitation. We tried to go deeply in the study of signs and sign processes on this review, in 2002th, with an essay counted "La metalinguistica nella filosofia morale di Michail Bachtin", which was inspired to us with interest after reading A. Ponzio’s studies on that autor. Starting today from a new work of Ponzio "La cifrematica e l'ascolto" we try again to enlighten a deeper sense of Semioetics manteining that after the recent discovery on human reality, it is no more possible for the semiologists- who have always expressed their wisch for a transdisciplinary dialogue towards cultural and social actuality- to give up a consideration inside their own disciplin that might take them away from settling "the clinic of the word as a clinc of the absolute" for considering instead some aspects of the theory about the unconscious connected with the biological origins of the psyche of M. Fagioli’s theory. Referring to tendency of the mentioned School, which sees in Semioetcs the development of semiotic discipline going back to the ancient one which wanted : "to make life to get well ", our comparative analysis develops the acquaintance of what in human being has always been considered unknowable, and purposes first: "to make man to get well" through the cure that makes him healed, so that he might respect life in all her forms as a physiological consequence. Difficult to see this chance in "the intellectual freedom of cifrematics". Because limiting itself in revenging dissidence- as no fight- from dissent, and setting this difference as an absolute no representable, remains far from the truth of human reality. On the contrary, the new foundations of M. Fagioli’s theory and the relationship with the Collective Analysis , are based on the essential discovery of the difference between negation and refusal of what in human being is not human. On the other hand, having the semeiotic of psychiatry invested central points of view of signification and sense bounded with knowledge of unconscious pulsion never worded before, what has been discovered comes to be the real base of to-day reserch oriented to recuperate the source engaged with medical semiotic, for making it more actual.
