该数据包含了2022年以来茂名市及各地市、区县制定的政府、环境监管部门突发环境事件应急预案记录。突发环境事件发生时，责任单位及相关单位将启动本部门的预案以进行相关处置。（仅供“一网统管”政务服务专题业务申请使用。）

This dataset contains records of emergency environmental incident contingency plans formulated since 2022 by governmental and environmental regulatory departments of Maoming City and various prefecture-level cities, districts and counties. When an emergency environmental incident occurs, the responsible entities and relevant units will activate their respective departmental contingency plans to carry out corresponding disposal operations. (For exclusive use in applications for special government service thematic affairs under the "One-Network Unified Governance" initiative.)
