Spatial transcriptomic profiling was performed on mouse kidney sections using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler with the Whole Transcriptome Atlas. Mice were subjected to ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) and treated with the SYK inhibitor Entospletinib or vehicle control. Regions of interest were selected from the renal cortex and medulla in two mice per condition at days 1, 7, and 14 post-injury. The dataset captures spatial gene expression dynamics during kidney injury and repair, and the effects of SYK inhibitio Overall design: C57BL/6 male mice were subjected to unilateral renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) and pretreated with Entospletinib or vehicle control. Kidneys were collected at days 1, 7, and 14 post-injury (n=2 mice per condition per timepoint). FFPE sections were processed using the NanoString GeoMx Whole Transcriptome Atlas. For each mouse and condition, 2â3 regions of interest (ROIs) were selected from both the cortex and medulla. Tubular segments were identified based on CD10 and/or PanCK positivity, and macrophage segments were selected based on IBA1 staining.
