We developed tg mouse strain and obtained phenotype data in the mice. However, we do not know if these phenotypes were derived truly from transgene expression or gene disruption by transgene integration. So we conducted targeted locus amplification assay with inverted PCR. The PCR products were read by next generation sequencer.
