EC/SMC coculture images

These rar files contain all the images used in our study, including phase-contrast images(with 'B_RGB' in names) and fluorescent images (with 'F_RGB' in names). Combined with the codes shared provided in the article, one can use these images to replicate our results.The ‘High_Density’ zip file contains all the original phase-contrast and fluorescent images with the three relatively high culture densities (4, 6, 7 × 10^4 cells / cm2).The 'DAPI binary' file contains the twenty DAPI images and the corresponding manually binarized images used to train the binarization UNet model.
