This is the data I preprocessed for the 2017 Data Science Bowl from Kaggle: https://www.kaggle.com/c/data-science-bowl-2017. The preprocessing I did was a slightly modified version from this kernel: https://www.kaggle.com/gzuidhof/full-preprocessing-tutorial. I highly recommend to read through the tutorial if you want to understand how I got these results. 40 vertical slices with 100px x 100px grayscale images processed from CT images of lungs. https://www.kaggle.com/gzuidhof: for his great tutorial in preprocessing the CT images.
