NLRP4-ER Stress-CCL5 axis as a translational target for NK cell-based immunotherapy in lung cancer

RNA-seq was performed to investigate the transcriptional effects of Nlrp4 overexpression in mouse Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) cells. LLC-Vector control (Ctrl) and LLC-Nlrp4 overexpression (OE) groups were compared to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and to evaluate immune cell infiltration using CIBERSORT analysis.
