Dataset S4. The raw data for each replicate used in Figure 1 in the main text, or relevant data. CF = chloroform; DCM = dichloromethane; 1,1,1-TCA = 1,1,1-trichloroethane; 1,1,2-TCA = 1,1,2-trichloroethane; 1,2-DCA = 1,2-dichloroethane; VC = vinyl chloride; 1,1-DCA = 1,1-dichloroethane; CA = chloroethane; CM = chloromethane. All assays were held for 1 hr under anaerobic conditions. The activity was only calculated for primary transformation products, and any subsequent transformation products were included in the calculation of the primary product activity (e.g. CF -> DCM + CM, the activity is based off of the production of both DCM and CM since it is a sequential transformation). npp = not primary product.
