RNA-sequencing dates of shSLC25A1 in ESCC cell line KYSE 150. The total RNA of KYSE150 cells transfected with lentivirus containing shRNA targetting SLC25A or nonsense was extracted using TRIzol and further treated with DNase to remove genomic DNA contamination.
