Research data was carried out by distributing questionnaires to active e-commerce users in Indonesia. The survey managed to get 420 responses from respondents who met the criteria, namely someone who had used the image-based search feature. The first part of the questionnaire contained demographic questions to assess respondents' profiles, including their age, gender and the e-commerce platforms they used most frequently. In turn, the second part is aimed at exploring respondents' experiences in using image search, as well as their perceptions of the benefits of using this feature. The last part of the questionnaire focused on the important variables of the study, namely Quality of information (IQ), Efficiency (E), Visual communication (VC), Customer commitment (CC) and Usage Intention (UI). This variable is used to analyze the influence of image search on e-commerce user behavior. The data collected provides valuable insight into image-based search features in increasing engagement with usage intentions and loyalty to e-commerce platforms, as well as their implications for the development of digital business strategies in Indonesia.
