针对福建大型油储基地的雷电监测预警需求，参照国家有关标准，基于多源监测资料以及高精度网格预报产品，提供雷电实时监测预警、综合灾害性天气预警、未来10天天气预报以及船舶进离港气象支持服务，并通过小程序、手机短信等多渠道实时推送，实现对大型油气储存基地及邻近区域雷电活动和灾害性天气的实时监测、全面感知、临近预警。数据要素MOID：1.2.156.416.CMA-FJ.D3.FJ-MSC.REP.EABD3FB1.20240628.B46CA76F.0002
Aimed at the lightning monitoring and early warning needs of large oil storage bases in Fujian Province, this dataset, in accordance with relevant national standards and based on multi-source monitoring data and high-precision grid-based forecast products, provides real-time lightning monitoring and early warning, comprehensive severe weather warning, 10-day weather forecast, and meteorological support services for ship berthing and departure operations. The services are pushed in real-time through multiple channels such as mini-programs and mobile phone SMS, thereby realizing real-time monitoring, comprehensive perception, and near-term early warning of lightning activities and severe weather in large oil and gas storage bases and their adjacent areas.
