Exercise and sporting activities of Danes 2007
收藏资源简介:
The aim of this study is primarily to form an overview of how much the Danes exercise. How many Danes exercise on a regular basis? Which activities are popular among the Danes? How are the activities organised? What impact do the access to sports facilities and the countryside have on doing sports? The 2007 study is comparable with previous studies and examines the following questions: How many exercises on a regular basis? How often do the Danes exercise and how much time do they spend exercising? What types of exercise do they do? How is it organised and which facilities do they use? Furthermore the survey examines: The Danes attitudes towards their local sports facilities. Do the Danes exercise outdoors? What are the reasons for not exercising regularly? How is exercise otherwise a part of the everyday life? (At work, on vacations and everyday cycling and walking?) How do the Danes consume sport via the media? A number of demographic variables make it possible to examine these themes based on certain profiles: It is possible to draw a social profile in relation to gender, age, nationality, where they live, education, employment, physical and mental working conditions, income, health, marital status and family circumstances. Since 1964 studies on the Danes’ exercising habits have been conducted irregularly. This study is the most extensive this far.
