Supervision and Workplace Resilience in Czech Social Services (2024): Dataset

This repository contains anonymized primary data from the research project “Supervision and workplace resilience in social services in the Czech Republic (2024)”. The dataset includes responses from 1460 participants and incorporates several validated conceptual tools: VIGOR scale (Shirom, 2008), measuring vigor as a component of work‑related well‑being within the broader framework of the Conservation of Resources theory; Organizational resilience scale based on the conceptualization by Crane et al. (2021), capturing adaptive capacities, relational dynamics, and systemic strengths of service organizations; A short questionnaire on good supervision, developed specifically by the project authors for this study, assessing perceived qualities and effectiveness of supervision in social service settings. These instruments were integrated into a comprehensive Czech‑language survey covering organizational characteristics, management practices, supervision practices, workplace functioning, team dynamics, professional well‑being, and emotional experience at work. All variable labels and text responses are in Czech, as the questionnaire was administered in Czech.
