This repository contains a comprehensive set of resources for exploring the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resource (HR) practices within the Indian steel industry. It includes a <b>42-item questionnaire</b> designed to capture employee demographics, digital literacy, AI adoption, HR digitalization, organizational network dynamics, job satisfaction, endangered skills, and training/performance metrics. Additionally, a <b>simulated Excel dataset with 214 employee records</b> is provided, reflecting realistic responses aligned with the questionnaire items, suitable for SPSS or SmartPLS analysis. The repository also features an <b>R script</b> that demonstrates data preparation, structural equation modeling (SEM) using the lavaan package, generation of standardized results, and export of summaries, fit measures, and residuals. These resources support transparency, reproducibility, and practical application for researchers and practitioners analyzing AI integration in HR and its effects on organizational efficiency and employee skills.
