Thitarodes jiachaensis Transcriptome or Gene expression

Ophiocordyceps sinensis with broad medical effects and great economic value is an entomopathogenic fungus parasitic in the larvae of ghost moth Thitarodes. The interaction between the host Thitarodes larvae and the pathogenic fungus O. sinensis in the infection is still unclear. Through transcriptome sequencing and differential analysis of Thitarodes.jiachaensis before and after O. sinensis infection, transcriptome information of T.jiachaensis was obtained and the differentially expressed genes that were involved in the defense response of T.jiachaensis against the challenges of O. sinensis were discussed.
