This archive contains code, data, and results for a study evaluating cross-donor generalization in scRNA-seq cell type classification. We compare random cell-level splitting and donor-held-out evaluation schemes across multiple representations (HVG, PCA, Harmony, scVI). All files required to reproduce the analysis are included. See README.md for instructions.
