Gene expression profile at signle cell level of monocytes and macrophages from patients with episode of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)

Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on enriched monocytes and macrophage from the bone marrow of patients with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).Six cases were included, which were two health donors, two patients with HLH status before anti-HLH treatment and two patients with HLH remission after anti-HLH treatment
