"The Resonant Collapse Hypothesis: A Field-Theoretic Case for Two Fundamental Quarks"

Are there really six quark flavors—or just two fundamental ones? This paper proposes the Resonant Collapse Hypothesis, arguing that only the up and down quarks are true, stable matter components. All other quark flavors (strange, charm, bottom, top) are shown to be artificially energized resonance states, sustained only under high-energy deformation of spacetime geometry.\n\nWe demonstrate that these unstable quark identities decay due to energy loss into the very spacetime dimple they generate:\n\n\[\n\text{Energy}_{\text{internal}} \rightarrow \text{Spacetime\_Curvature} \Rightarrow \text{Decay}\n\]\n\nUsing 5D field geometry, entropy collapse theory, and spin-charge unification, we present 17 principles showing that all particle states revert to a stable equilibrium configuration where:\n\n\[\n\text{Curvature} \equiv \text{Energy} \Rightarrow \text{Stability}\n\]\n\nThis framework simplifies the Standard Model by revealing that only up/down quarks can self-sustain their identity without artificial energy input.
