随着空压机市场上节能设备替换、合同能源管理、托管服务等多种节能服务模式的出现,空压机节能性也出现了一系列的参数指标。其中,机组比功率是空压机的重要节能指标之一,其反映的是机组在额定压力下,产生相同大小的气量所需要的机组功率大小,越小反应机组越节能。本数据通过随机抽检空压机样机,计算出空压机的机组比功率,比对空压机机组比功率额定值,判断空压机的节能性能是否合格。1、数据采集:从企业生产的空压机中随机抽选,标明样品编号、样品名称和样品类型;2、数据检测:按GB/T 3853测量、修正计算检测机组功率P和机组容积流量q,K14为机组比功率吸气温度修正系数;3、数据处理:将检测得到的数据进行归集,根据空气压缩机机组比功率计算公式:e=K14*P/q,计算得到机组比功率实测值e,对比空压机铭牌上标定的机组比功率额定值,机组比功率偏差比率=(机组比功率实测值-机组比功率额定值)/机组比功率额定值*100%,若机组比功率偏差比率<=0%,则判断该空压机为合格产品;4、数据应用:空压机作为高耗能设备,客户在购买时,会倾向于选择节能性能更好的产品。本数据检测的空压机机组比功率,可作为空压机节能性能的重要指标,为客户选择提供重要的参考依据;也为企业响应政府节能减排的政策呼吁,进一步升级优化产品提供数据支持。

Against the backdrop of the emergence of multiple energy-saving service models in the air compressor market, such as energy-saving equipment replacement, Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and managed services, a series of energy efficiency performance indicators have been developed for air compressors. Among them, the unit specific power is one of the important energy-saving indicators for air compressors. It reflects the unit power required by the compressor unit to produce the same volume of compressed air under the rated pressure; the lower the specific power, the more energy-efficient the unit is. This dataset calculates the unit specific power of air compressors through random spot checks of air compressor prototypes, compares the calculated value with the rated unit specific power value, and judges whether the energy efficiency performance of the air compressor is qualified. 1. Data Collection: Randomly select air compressors produced by the enterprise, and mark the sample number, sample name and sample type. 2. Data Testing: Measure and perform correction calculations to obtain the unit power P and volumetric flow rate q of the unit in accordance with GB/T 3853, where K14 is the intake temperature correction coefficient for the unit specific power. 3. Data Processing: Collect and organize the tested data, and calculate the measured unit specific power value e using the air compressor unit specific power calculation formula: e=K14*P/q. Compare the measured value e with the rated unit specific power value marked on the air compressor nameplate, and calculate the deviation ratio of the unit specific power as follows: Deviation Ratio of Specific Power = [(Measured Specific Power - Rated Specific Power) / Rated Specific Power] * 100%. If the deviation ratio of the unit specific power ≤ 0%, the air compressor is judged as a qualified product. 4. Data Application: As high-energy-consuming equipment, air compressors will be preferred by customers when purchasing products with better energy efficiency performance. The unit specific power of air compressors tested in this dataset can be used as an important indicator of the energy efficiency performance of air compressors, providing an important reference basis for customers' purchasing decisions. It also provides data support for enterprises to respond to the government's policy call for energy conservation and emissions reduction, and further upgrade and optimize their products.
