ATAC-seq of tobacco callus cells cultured by different NAA concentrations during in vitro tissue culture illustrates the landscape of chromatin openness across the entire genome,which provides a novel direction and theoretical basis for improving gene editing efficiency in plants by modulating chromatin accessibility through auxin signaling and tissue culture conditions. Overall design: Approximately 80 tobacco explants were harvested from the media containing 0.1 mg/L or 0.5 mg/L NAA after 2 weeks culture for nuclei isolation. The ATAC-seq was performed according to the guidelines of the ATAC-Seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina®
