Lymantria xylina Genome sequencing

This project constructed a chromosome-level genome assembly for Lymantria xylina using integrated second-generation, third-generation, and Hi-C sequencing data. Protein-coding genes were comprehensively identified through a combination of homology-based annotation, de novo prediction, and transcriptome-supported approaches. This provides a valuable resource for investigating the species' specific genetic mechanisms.
