Hofstede-Based Cultural Dimensions Survey Responses among VAE Graduates, Dataset from 2021

This dataset encompasses the responses from a Hofstede-based questionnaire designed to uncover the cultural dynamics among four generations of Vocational Accounting Education (VAE) graduates, namely boomers, Gen X, millennials, and Gen Z. The questionnaire, employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 6, was administered to 835 graduates from a prominent VAE institution located in Indonesia. Collected between June 26th and July 23rd, 2021, using Google Forms, the responses have been meticulously compiled into structured Excel spreadsheets.
