LC-HRMSe analysis Wastewater effluent

These data are acquired from the wastewater effluent and represent a pooled quality control sample. They were extracted using multilayered solid phase extraction and analysed using luquid-chromatography coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry operated in data independent mode. These data are part of the publications:

The dataset consist of two analysis wher the suffix: 01.CDF corresponds to the low collision energy trace and the suffix 02.CDF corresponds to the high energy collision trace.
