16S amplicons from multiple body sites from individuals having experienced a traumatic brain injury

We provide a comprehensive characterization of the temporal and spatial variation in the microbiome across numerous anatomic sites, including the GI tract (rectum, mouth), respiratory tract (tracheal aspirates), skin, and compared these data to microbiome profiles from healthy children without TBI.
