By collecting and analyzing transaction and consumption data related to the demand for yellow cowhide from customers in the Tianjin area, this dataset aims to understand customers' demand volume, purchasing power levels and consumption preferences for yellow cowhide, thereby gaining in-depth customer insights and enabling all enterprises in the relevant industry to formulate targeted production and marketing strategies. For example, enterprises can communicate with high-tier customers 1 to 2 times per month, mid-tier customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and low-tier customers 1 to 2 times every six months to deliver personalized products and services.
1. Data Collection: Collect regular transaction data related to customers' demand for yellow cowhide.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis work.
3. Algorithm Processing: Perform demand analysis on the processed data using the following formula:
P = { (a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂) + (a₃ / b₃) } × k
Where:
• a₁ = minimum single-order quantity, b₁ = minimum single-order consumption amount
• a₂ = maximum single-order quantity, b₂ = maximum single-order consumption amount
• a₃ = average single-order quantity, b₃ = average single-order consumption amount
k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across different regions. Based on empirical experience, the k value for the Tianjin area is 0.8.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three tiers ("high", "medium" and "low") based on the calculated demand score P:
• High-tier customers: those with a score above 3700
• Mid-tier customers: those with a score within the range of 3500 to 3700
• Low-tier customers: those with a score below 3500
