This dataset mainly includes relevant testing and simulation data of the low-temperature DC coupled readout circuit of the superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SNSPD). The low-temperature DC coupled readout circuit is designed using the commercial chip OPA855. In the research, for the testing of low-temperature DC coupled readout circuits, the circuit is first placed in a low-temperature environment, powered by a precision digital source meter (E3631A, Keysight), and the calibration signal is connected to a vector network analyzer (E5080A) via a coaxial line, Keysight), the frequency scanning range of the vector network analyzer is 10 kHz -9 GHz, with 2000 scanning points and an input power of -50 dBm, etc. Then we select the SOLT calibration program in the vector network analyzer to calibrate the SOLT ports on the circuit board separately. After calibration, by connecting the input and output ports of the circuit, we measure the transmission characteristics (S21) and other curves. This dataset is divided into the following 5 files. File 1 mainly contains three images: the schematic diagram of the OP855 readout circuit, the design physical diagram of the OP855 readout circuit, and the installation diagram of the circuit in the system. File 2 mainly contains OP855 readout circuit test and simulation data ("OPA855 test results. csv", "OPA855 simulation results. csv"), OP855 readout circuit test results with a 50 Ohm load ("OPA855 circuit test results. csv"), as well as OP855 evaluation board test results ("evaluation board test results. csv"), namely the data in Figure 2 of this article. File 3 contains the simulation file (OPA855sim2. asc) and corresponding simulation data ("simulation results. csv") of the OPA855 readout circuit and the cascaded superconducting nanowire single photon detector, namely the data in Figure 3 of this article. The circuit file is opened using LTspice software. File 4 provides performance measurement data of the OPA855 amplification circuit, including power consumption bandwidth data ("power consumption bandwidth. csv") of the OPA855 readout circuit, as well as gain parameters at temperatures of 40 K and 4.2 K, namely the data in Figure 5 of this article. File 5 presents the measurement data of the OPA855 amplification circuit in DC coupling mode and the LNA650 circuit in AC coupling mode for the same SNSPD performance, mainly including the voltage and current characteristics ("IV-LNA650. csv", "IV-OPA855. csv") test data of the OPA855 readout circuit and LNA650 readout circuit cascaded with SNSPD, pulse ("p-LNA650. csv", "p-OPA855. csv") test data, efficiency ("SDE-LNA650. csv", "SDE-OPA855. csv") test data, and counting rate test data ("MCR. csv") v), namely the data in Figure 7 of this article.
