Pacific NEMO/PISCES and APECOSM data

The dataset contains the fields that have been used in the Barrier et al. (2023) paper

It contains:

NEMO/PISCES 3D fields

Zonal and meridional velocities

Temperature

Plankton concentration

Chlorophyll

APECOSM 2D and 3D fields for the epipelagic community

Vertically integrated biomass density

Size-binned 3D biomass

For the three size classes described in the paper

Trend terms (predation, growth, zonal and meridional advection/diffusion)

Growth rate

Functional response

Mortality rates

For space issue, the data provided here have been extracted for the Pacific ocean and for the upper 250m. They also have been strongly compressed.
