Sample A2, stylus scan across the membrane. Position "XPosition_um" is given in um, and the scan reading "Normal_nm" in nm. For the display in Fig.8, the data were levelled. Levelling was done by first masking "Normal_nm" with "MaskToLevelNormal", and then fitting with a quadratic function. The fitted curve was subtracted from the original data.
