Sequence-dependent conformational and mechanical landscapes of double-stranded nucleic acids

This repository contains the data and computational workflow underlying the article “Sequence-dependent conformational and mechanical landscapes of double-stranded nucleic acids.” The included datasets were used to generate the analyses, figures, and results presented in the paper. All reported results can be reproduced by running the sequence_space.ipynb Jupyter notebook, which processes the data and generates the corresponding analyses and visualizations. The repository is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further exploration of sequence-dependent conformational and mechanical properties of double-stranded nucleic acids.
