Data for: "New Horizons: Unravelling Anomalous Mass and Heat Transport in Miscible Liquids"

This is the dataset for the New Horizons - Unravelling Anomalous Mass and Heat Transport in Miscible Liquids Project This dataset is split into three main sections: - ~/microfluidic_measurements/ contains Raman spectra collected for samples within a Dolomite Y-Junction Chip. Raman spectra are provided in .txt and .l6m file formats. .l6m files can be opened using the LabSpec6 proprietary software, however a .txt file containing the acquisition parameters is included. - ~/ondax_testing contains Raman spectra collected for various samples using the Ondax THz Raman probe and the Horiba XploRA for comparison. Raman spectra are provided in .txt and .l6s file formats. .l6s files can be opened using the LabSpec6 proprietary software. - ~/optical_microscope contains images captured using the Leica M165 CM microscope of water and ethanol mixing in a Mesobiotech Mixing Laminar Flow Chip, Images are provided in the .png format.
