The goal of this study is to know the effects of Ofznf-2 knockdown on the integrity of dosage compensation in Ostrinia furnacalis. We injected siRNA for Ofznf-2 or GFP(negative control) into embryos of the Asian corn borer Ostrinia furnacalis and performed RNA-seq analysis on them.
