Cooccrance of PFASs and antibiotics along with the microbial diversity

The main objective of this study were to (1) examine the co-occurrence of PFASs, antibiotics ARGs and microplastics in the groundwater of pharmaceutical monitoring wells; (2) to investigate the variations in abundance and diversity of ARGs along with correlations between bacterial taxa and ARGs; (3) to investigate the effect of these co-contaminants on microbial community in the field and how the microbial community response to such stress.
