AlphaFold 3 predictions of HREZ, NbNRC2a, and Sr35 resistosome assemblies with varying stoichiometries

This dataset contains AlphaFold 3 predictions used to investigate the oligomeric stoichiometry of the HREZ resistosome. NbNRC2a and Sr35 were included as experimentally validated hexameric and pentameric benchmarks, respectively. For the stoichiometry analysis, protein regions spanning the N terminus through the NB-ARC domain were modelled as assemblies of four to eight protomers with 25 oleic acid molecules (CCD_OLA), using seeds 1–5. The deposit includes prediction outputs, input sequences, and confidence-score summaries. A full-length HREZ pentamer predicted without oleic acid is also included.
