资源简介:
The research on rumen fluid of Hu sheep aims to analyze the structure and function of ruminal microbial communities, and explore their intrinsic relationships with host digestive metabolism, health status, and breeding efficiency. Specific objectives include: identifying the species and abundances of bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms in the rumen, and revealing the microbial-driven mechanisms of core metabolic pathways such as cellulose degradation and methane production; analyzing the interaction between physicochemical indices of rumen fluid (e.g., pH, volatile fatty acids) and microbial communities, and screening microbial markers associated with digestive disorders or growth performance; excavating functional strains with high-efficiency crude feed degradation capacity and microbial targets for regulating methane emissions, while comparing the impacts of factors such as feed types and growth stages on ruminal microecology. This study not only clarifies the microbial mechanisms underlying Hu sheep's efficient utilization of crude feed, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing feed formulations and developing green additives, but also establishes a ruminal health early-warning system to facilitate disease prevention and the construction of environmentally friendly breeding models. It holds significant scientific and practical value for enhancing the economic benefits of the Hu sheep industry, promoting the development of ruminant microbiomics, and achieving the "double carbon" goals in animal husbandry.
