Questionnaire for BIM Adoption in Historic Building Restoration: TAM-TOE Measurement Instrument
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the questionnaire and measurement scale used to investigate the barriers and drivers of Building Information Modeling (BIM) adoption in historic building restoration. The instrument was developed based on the integrated Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework. It includes demographic items, 34 observed items across 10 latent variables—technology compatibility, technology complexity, relative advantage, resource alignment, interdisciplinary collaboration, policy support, public cognition, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and adoption intention—and open-ended questions. The questionnaire was reviewed by experts and pilot-tested with 60 respondents before formal distribution. Formal data were collected from 259 heritage conservation professionals in China between June and October 2025. This dataset supports replication, scale validation, and further research on digital technology adoption in cultural heritage conservation.
