Dedicated old-physics author record for source-scan-backed modern LaTeX working editions of selected material from J. Willard Gibbs, The Scientific Papers of J. Willard Gibbs, Volume I. Current coverage: pp. 001-032, Graphical Methods in the Thermodynamics of Fluids; pp. 033-054, A Method of Geometrical Representation of the Thermodynamic Properties of Substances by Means of Surfaces; and pp. 055-124, the opening continuation of On the Equilibrium of Heterogeneous Substances. This is continuous for the currently staged Volume I tranche through printed page 124, but it is not a complete edition of all Gibbs scientific papers. Work level: source-scan-backed working LaTeX drafts. The top-level PDFs and TeX files are reader-facing cumulative surfaces. The ZIP packets preserve editable TeX, source-scan slices, and local method/audit files for each covered tranche. OCR is used as a witness layer only; the source scan remains authoritative for formulae, notation, figures, tables, and final proofreading. Corrections and contributions.
