The Runoff For Russia (RFR v1.0) dataset consists of time series of runoff, meteorological forcing, and their multiple characteristics for 425 river basins across Russia from 1979 to 2099. This dataset allows for a wide range of large-scale hydrological studies, e.g. the assessment of climate change on spring flood characteristics. We hope that the presented extensive dataset will help the Russian government authorities, as well as all interested parties, find ways to adapt to expected changes induced by global warming.
