RNA sequencing of lung metastasis derived from shNT and shXylb Renal cancer cells

shNT and shXylb renca cells were injected into BALB/c mice via tail intravenous injection, and then lung metastasis tissues were removed for RNA sequencing to analyze the enrichment of gene expression related to the tumor microenvironment and T cell signaling pathways in the absence of Xylb in the tumor.
