A pilot genome-wide association study of ischemic heart disease with co-occurring arterial hypertension in a Kazakh cohort - GWAS summary statistics (GRCh37/hg19)

GWAS summary statistics for a pilot case–control study of ischemic heart disease associated with co-occurring arterial hypertension in a Kazakh cohort (236 cases, 215 controls; total N=451). Genotyping was performed using Illumina Infinium Global Screening Array-24 v3.0. Association testing used logistic regression under an additive model adjusted for age, sex, and PC1–PC10; smoking was not included due to substantial missingness. Coordinates are reported on GRCh37/hg19. Effect estimates correspond to Illumina B-allele dosage (AA=0, AB=1, BB=2) as described in the README.
