Transcriptomic Responses of Bacterial Cells to Silver Nitrate Stress across Growth Phases

This transcriptomic dataset contains RNA-Seq data from bacterial cells under two growth phases (log phase L and stationary phase S) treated with silver nitrate at three concentrations (0, 1, and 8 mg/L). Each condition has three biological replicates, and paired-end sequencing was performed.
